Craig has extensive experience in criminal cases, both interstate and in South Australia. He has appeared as Counsel and instructing solicitor in many high profile court cases, and he appears extensively in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistratesí Courts in South Australia.
Craig is regularly called upon, as a highly successful criminal lawyer, to give lectures to other lawyers on specialised criminal subjects both here and interstate.
He is part of the Australian Defence Lawyers' Association, and is the spokesperson in South Australia for that organisation.
As part of his practice Casey regularly appears in the Supreme, District and Magistrate Court, as well as ACC enquiries, ASIC investigations and licensing matters.
After graduating from Flinders University and completing law and psychology degrees, Casey has been a practising lawyer since 2001.
Having extensive experience in the criminal jurisdiction his work has led him to representing clients both Interstate and in South Australia.
Caseyís experience has seen him deal successfully with a wide array of matters from driving whilst disqualified and drug trafficking to fraud and murder. His extensive background and knowledge in the field is invaluable to obtaining the best possible result from his clients. Performing trial work, guilty pleas, bail applications and appeals, Casey ensures his clients best interests are served any time during proceedings.
Casey is part of the Australian Defence Lawyers Association, a specialised association consisting of the top criminal law firms from every State. Access to such information ensures his knowledge of the criminal law is always at the cutting edge.
Jason has extensive experience in Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Compensation Claims along with Criminal Law. Jason commenced his legal career with Caldicott & Co. in 2000.
He was admitted to practice law in February 2001 and gained extensive experience and knowledge practicing in the fields of criminal law and all types of personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, public liability and victim of crime claims.
Jason developed his career under the guidance of Craig Caldicott where he utilized his skills and experience to represent defendants at all levels of the criminal law. He developed his advocacy skills, appearing in bail applications, guilty pleas and trials in all levels of state jurisdictions.
In 2009 Jason then moved to a niche personal injury law firm where he developed a specialty in acting for plaintiffs in major motor vehicle accident claims and occupier liability claims. Jason used his forensic skills in vigorously prosecuting plaintiffs claims, focussing on complex and major claims where liability was in issue or plaintiffs suffered very serious injuries.
During this time he also maintained his interest in the criminal law where he kept up to date with legal developments and continued to represent defendants charged withboth summary and major indictable offences.
Jason will now continue to specialize in criminal law, personal injury and motor vehicle accident law at all levels.

James completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Society of South Australia. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia.
James appears for clients in court everyday charged with a wide range of offences including assaults, drug offences, driving offences and sexual offences. He has experience in appearing in the Magistrates Court and District Court of South Australia. Having worked on Appeals with other solicitors at Caldicott Lawyers, James has in more recent times appeared as Junior Counsel in the Supreme Court before the Court of Criminal Appeal.
James has undertaken work experience with the South Australian Solicitor-General in the Crown Solicitorís Office and also the Department of Public Prosecutions. He has a keen interest in Criminal Law but also works closely with Caldicott Lawyers Partner, Casey Isaacs, in Criminal Asset Confiscation matters.
James has competed in state and national negotiating and advocacy competitions and through this experience he has developed skills which allow him to fight for the best result possible.
In addition to litigation, James has established a practice in Wills and Estates, providing diligent and professional advice in this area. Through his work with our solicitors, and his experience through court advocacy, James works extremely hard for his clients.
