John Sutton is a senior lawyer with 14 years experience in criminal law including five years as a NSW Police Prosecutor.Prior to joining Armstrong Legal John was employed inter state conducting protracted prosecutions of corrupt police officers with a particular focus on drug squad detectives.

Andrew brings to Armstrong Legal a unique ability to effectively represent his clients and ensure they obtain the best possible result. He has handled cases across the entire spectrum, including prosecutions for murder, fraud, violence and drug offences. David Porter is Armstrong Legal's Police Accountability lawyer in NSW. This is a specific area of law which combines skills from the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, administrative law and employment law. David's diverse experience has equipped him with the skills necessary to perform in this area.
Before joining Armstrong Legal, Sarah worked as a prosecutor for the RTA and SDRO. Her experience in these areas gives her a special insight into the criminal justice system. She understands the environment that public prosecutors work in, and how best to approach them to achieve positive results for her clients.
Since his admission as a solicitor Will has practiced exclusively in traffic and criminal law and is well equipped to advise his clients in these areas. Angela is an experienced Court advocate having appeared in the Local and District Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal as well as in Federal jurisdictions in a multitude of matters, including complex strictly indictable trials. After graduating with First Class Honours and prior to joining Armstrong Legal, Angela worked as a criminal lawyer on the Far South Coast of NSW.
Janelle has spent her entire legal career working exclusively in criminal and traffic law, developing a well-honed instinct for these areas from her unique and broad experience to date. Janelle is known for her approachable nature and mature sensitivity to the personal needs of each of her clients, qualities that she acquired through representing the disadvantaged in regional NSW before joining the Armstrong Legal team.
Tyson has the ability to relate to all clients on a personal level, having spent many years prior to his legal career in customer service and hospitality. Tyson completed his internship as an Associate to a Judge of the District Court of NSW. In that role, he experienced advocacy and criminal law from a unique perspective, gaining valuable insight into a Judge’s expectations.
